Report for a Genealogical Problem

Using a range of sources, I will prepare a report that represents research about a genealogical problem. This is not a genealogy, biographical narrative, case study, or other project.

I will describe the research performed, analyze the problem, write a detailed account of findings, and include recommendations for further work, if the problem is not resolved.

I will provide you with the report, any accompanying images, and my conclusions about whether the research objective was reached, regardless of whether the underlying genealogical problem was solved.

*I require the following to be completed, signed, and sent to me before starting:
- Client agreement describing the nature of the problem. Please specify any time, travel, and expense limitations.
- Release to use the exact contents of the report I prepared for you in my BCG portfolio.

Generations Package (unavailable until May 2026)

*Your pages and book cover will be customized to your specifications. The finished product will be a result of our consultations, and the final price will vary accordingly.

I will draft your story into at least one full-color hardcover coffee table book + digital PDF, which can be easily shared and passed along for future generations to enjoy.

Published books stay on file indefinitely, with the opportunity to order additional copies in the future. If your book is ever lost or destroyed, another can be ordered to replace it at your cost.

Choices available:

  • Dust jacket or image wrap book cover

  • Between 20 and 240 pages, depending on the page size, content, and quality of paper (several options are available)

  • Page numbering (yes / no)

  • 1 - 1000 published books (volume discounts are available for ten or more copies.) 

  • Your option to:

    • Gift or privately sell your book.

    • Sell your book through public channels, such as Blurb, Amazon, or INGRAM.

Research -Currently available for Report purposes only.

  1. Contact Me by using the button below and I will arrange a consultation.

  2. After we discuss your expectations and budget, you provide to me with any information, photos, documents, or stories that you would like me to include in your project.

  3. Go to the Store tab, add the number of hours of research you would like to your cart, and complete your purchase on the Cart tab.

  4. I will use research to expand upon the information you have provided.

I will upload and organize my findings on my Google Drive, which I will share with you to download to your own computer. Your files will remain on my Google Drive for 30 days, after which time they will be deleted unless the Hourly Research continues, or until your project is completed. I will check in with you via email at least once per week to let you know where I am at in the research process, possibly ask further questions, and to confirm whether or not you would like me to continue the research.
